Founders’ Cohort pilot — scope & mechanics

A discounted, tightly scoped engagement for up to five projects. Eligibility is required. The offer closes 30 Nov 2025 or when seats are filled. Engagements are subject to contract.

Scope & deliverables

Fixed-fee, scope-bound services. Deliverable page caps apply by service family. Add-ons (e.g., Quarterly Updates, Local Counsel Coordination, Evidence & Audit Pack) are contracted separately.

Advisory nature & responsibility

Materials are informational decision support and not legal, regulatory or financial advice. You remain responsible for final decisions.

Jurisdictions, sanctions & local counsel

Work is limited to our allow-list and excludes any sanctioned or high-risk territories. Some matters may require local human counsel; coordination is available as an add-on and may affect timelines/fees.

Insurance notice

At launch: Insurance cover in progress. After policy inception: PI policy cover held (summary on request). Coverage is subject to policy terms and limits.

Billing & payment

Cohort pilot: 100% payable on signature (discounted, tightly scoped). Standard projects: 50% on signature, 50% on delivery. Late payment may pause delivery. All amounts exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes.

Sanctions, export controls & AML

We will not perform services where prohibited by UK/EU/US sanctions, export controls, or anti-money-laundering laws. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate an engagement if screening flags a restriction or risk. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

Not a law firm

Torsik is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Where local legal confirmation is required, the client engages human counsel. We can coordinate as an add-on.

Confidentiality, IP & liability

Each party protects the other’s confidential information. Client owns deliverables on payment; Torsik retains methods/templates/know-how and a narrow right to anonymised learnings. Liability capped at fees paid (or policy limits if applicable), to the extent lawful.

Governing law

England & Wales law and courts apply (unless we agree otherwise in writing).

Change control & data

Out-of-scope requests require a written change order. We process enquiry/project data to perform the contract; analytics/marketing use consent. See Privacy and Cookies.
